Question 1

How much does That Agent AF cost?

Accepted Answer

That Agent AF is $297 per month. Everything is included — IDX/MLS integration, built-in transaction management with no per-deal transaction coordinator fees, AI co-agent and AI inbox, offer and CMA tools, the Design Studio, the NFC digital card, single-property websites, the social planner, and review management. There are no tiers, add-ons, or per-deal fees.

Question 2

Does That Agent AF include IDX and MLS integration?

Accepted Answer

Yes. That Agent AF includes full IDX/MLS integration with SEO-optimized property search pages that rank and convert. Clients receive a branded dashboard, every lead flows straight into the CRM, and agents can create open houses and single-property websites. We also migrate your data from Lofty for free.

Question 3

Is the NFC digital card a gimmick?

Accepted Answer

No. The NFC ring and bracelet are tap-to-share digital business cards — tap any phone and your full profile, listings, booking calendar, and contact actions open instantly. Updates go live immediately from one dashboard, so the card never goes out of date. It replaces the paper business card that gets thrown away and is one of the fastest lead-capture methods an agent can own.

Question 4

Do new real estate agents need That Agent AF?

Accepted Answer

Most new agents struggle in their first year precisely because they have no system — they bounce between brokers hoping leads are handed to them, and most brokers do not provide a complete command center. That Agent AF includes onboarding and step-by-step setup so a new agent has lead capture, automated follow-up, and transaction management from day one, rather than juggling a separate CRM, IDX website, transaction coordinator, design tool, and social scheduler.

Question 5

How does That Agent AF compare to WiseAgent, kvCORE, BoldTrail, and Lofty?

Accepted Answer

That Agent AF includes transaction management, IDX, AI tools, a design studio, an NFC digital card, offer and CMA tools, a social planner, and review management for $297/month with no per-deal fees. WiseAgent is a CRM-only tool at roughly $50/month that still requires a separate IDX website, transaction coordinator, design tool, AI dialer, and social scheduler — which typically stack to over $400–$900/month. GoHighLevel is a powerful general-purpose platform but ships blank for real estate — there is no IDX, no MLS, no built-in transaction management, no NFC card, and no offer or CMA tools, so the agent must build and maintain every workflow themselves. That Agent AF includes everything GoHighLevel offers — social planner, AI, automations, review management, and lead funnels — plus IDX, MLS behavior triggers, and transaction management, already set up for $297/month. kvCORE (now merged with BoldTrail under the same company) starts around $499/month plus setup fees and still lacks built-in transaction management, a design studio, and an NFC card. Lofty starts around $199/month but requires add-ons to match the full feature set.
